ATLANTA, Ga. - The Collegiate Conference of the South released its Men's Track and Field weekly award winners on Tuesday afternoon with Josiah Mellott named Track Athlete of the Week. 

This comes after the senior had a personal record time of 4:04.88 in the 1500m Open division at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Meet to place 20th. This is the number one time in the conference at this moment. 

This is the first time in his career that he has earned this honor and he is the first Men's Track and Field athlete this year from Covenant to win a CCS weekly award. 

The Scots are back in action on Saturday at the Emory Dooley Elite Meet.
