ATLANTA, Ga. -- Claire Mellott, Hanna Forrest, Grayson Lines, and Ken Foos swept the CCS weekly cross country awards, announced the conference on Monday.

The honors are the first CCS weekly awards for each of the four athletes.

Mellott, a senior from University Place, Wash., landed the CCS Runner of the Week honor after placing highest of any Scot in the women's 6k at Saturday Night Lights, running a 27:27.8 to land 22nd at the event.

Forrest, a freshman from Travelers Rest, S.C., set a season-low time with a 27:29.3, finishing right behind Mellott in the race on Saturday in Dalton, earning her the CCS Rookie of the Week on the women's side.

For the men, sophomore Grayson Lines, from North Augusta, S.C., took down the CCS Runner of the Week following his time of 29:43.8, a personal-best, placing 14th at Saturday Night Lights.

Finally, Foos, a freshman from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., rounded out the award winners with his 30:16.6 in the 8k in Dalton on Saturday, placing 17th in the event and winning the CCS Rookie of the Week.

Mellott, Forrest, Lines, Foos, and the rest of the group will be back in action on Friday at the Southern Showcase in Huntsville, Ala.
