DALTON, Ga. --
Drew Silman currently sits first, while the team as a whole sits sixth after two rounds at the CCS Championships on Monday.
As a team, the Scots shot a 54-over, 630.
Silman, a junior from Zachary, La., had a great first day in Dalton, shooting a 3-over, 147 with four birdies.
Cole Godwin led Covenant in birdies on the day, carding five to help him tie for twelfth with a 10-over, 154.
Wiley Hickerson was next in line with his 19-over, 163, picking up two birdies along the way.
Ayden Cordell had one birdie and a 22-over, 166 during his first two rounds.
Senior
Toby Matson rounded out Covenant's competitors with a 30-over, 174.Â
No. 12 Piedmont currently leads the field with a 27-over, 603, while No. 1 Huntingdon is one shot behind them for the lead.
