LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. -- Covenant men's basketball had three players,
Cole Carroll,
Luuk Dusek, and
Fisher Mitchell, earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® honors, announced the organization on Tuesday.
CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Carroll, a sophomore from Sandy Springs, Ga., played in 25 games off the bench for the Scots, averaging 1.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 9.2 minutes per game. He dished out a career-high 11 assists in a game against Oglethorpe on Nov. 22, 2025.
Majoring in business, the CSC Academic All-District award is the first of Carroll's career.
Dusek, a junior from Wheaton, Ill., appeared in 26 games with 15 starts, averaging 6.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 0.6 assists per game, while shooting 39.6 percent from downtown. He scored a season-high 21 points on 7-of-9 threes in a win over Welch on Jan. 10, 2026.
Majoring in business, Dusek has earned two CSC Academic All-District honors.
Mitchell, a senior from Woodstock, Ga., played in 26 games, starting one, averaging 5.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists. He scored a career-high 20 points with three blocks against Berry on Nov. 18, 2025.
Majoring in business, Mitchell gains his second CSC Academic All-District award.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program students must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA, be a significant contributor to the team (having started in 66 percent of the team's games or played in over 90 percent of those games), and be at least a sophomore academically.
