MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Covenant took on Huntingdon on the road for its third CCS match of the season on Friday. The two teams played several close singles and doubles matches, but it was the Hawks who protected their home court to get the win.

- Carr bounced back from her doubles loss to earn a 6-2, 7-5 win in the No. 1 ranked match against Brown.
- In the No. 2 slot, Verdery won the first set 7-5, before dropping the next two sets 2-6, 2-6 to Williams.
- Giuntoli fell in the No. 3 position to Tedesco 2-6, 1-6.
- Covenant fell short in another three-set match in the No. 4 position as Cummings lost 5-7, 6-4, 4-6 to Hathcock.
- English had Covenant's other singles win, controlling the match and winning 6-1, 6-0 against Athen DeVer in the No. 5 ranked match.Â
- In the No. 6 position, Hall fell short to Dalyce Sander 2-6, 2-6.
