DEMOREST, Ga. - In a battle of two teams that were undefeated in conference play, Covenant traveled to Piedmont. Ultimately, the Scots fell short to the Lions to drop to 4-1 in the CCS.

DOUBLES:
- In the the No. 1 slot, Lauren Carr and Addi Gunyon were defeated by Abbey Grace Venham and Bri Laidman 3-8.
- Macy Matson and Angel Traylor in the No. 2 position were also defeated 3-8 going up against Dakota Wilkes and Alyssa McSpadden.Â
- Dani Rappuhn and Alexis Baker had the closest match for the Scots, but fell 5-8 to Brooklyn Bolch and Marion Sloyan.Â
SINGLES:Â
- Gunyon competed in the No. 1 position and fell to Venham 0-6, 3-6.
- Carr had Covenant's closest singles match, but lost to Sloyan 1-6, 5-7 in the No. 2 slot.Â
- Matson was defeated by Wilkes 1-6, 2-6 in the No. 3 ranked match.Â
- In the No. 4 slot, Baker suffered a 3-6, 0-6 loss to McSpadden.
- Traylor battled Laidman in the No. 5 slot and fell 1-6, 1-6 to Laidman.Â
- Rappuhn, in the final singles match, was defeated 1-6, 0-6 by Jordan Ballard.Â
