DECATUR, Ga. - The Scots picked up two important wins on Thursday to get them back to .500 and keep them undefeated in CCS play.Â
Game 1 Final: Covenant 9, Agnes Scott 0

SINGLES:
- In the No. 1 slot, Carr took care of business with a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Gibbs.Â
- Gunyon pitched another shutout, with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Lewinson in the No. 2 ranked match.Â
- Matson secured her two-point match with a 6-2, 6-3 result over Ray in the No. 3 position.Â
- Alexis Baker came ready to play in singles as she defeated Cox 6-2, 6-0 in the No. 4 slot.Â
- In the No. 5 ranked match, Danni Rappuhn secured a 6-3, 6-1 win over Hagel to give the Scots another point.Â
- Estee Verdery secured the 9-0 sweep for Covenant as she defeated Denbleyker 6-3, 6-3 in the No. 6 slot.Â
Game 2 Final: Covenant 7, Oglethorpe 2

DOUBLES:
- Carr and Gunyon got the job done again for the Scots in the No. 1 position with an 8-1 result over Alexis Salgueiro and Maddie Nolen.Â
- Matson and Traylor came out victorious in a tiebreak 8-7 (8-6), against Izzy Foster and Adeline Horton in the No. 2 slot.Â
- Oglethorpe earned a doubles point in the final match as Baker and Rappuhn were defeated by Brianna Ali and Taylor Glover 3-8.
SINGLES:
- Gunyon suffered her only defeat of the doubleheader in the No. 1 slot to Foster 3-6, 2-6.
- Carr finished her day with a bang, defeating Ali 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 2 position.Â
- Matson took home a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Salgueiro in the No. 3 slot.Â
- Baker bounced back from her doubles loss with a 6-3, 6-4 result over Nolen in the No. 4 ranked match.Â
- Traylor ended her day the right way with a 7-6 (7-2), 6-3 win over Glover in the No. 5 slot.Â
- Horton secured Oglethorpe's second point in the final match as Rappuhn fell 0-6, 0-6.Â
