CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. & LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. - The Scots had a busy weekend with games on Friday and Saturday. Covenant split the two games while picking up a conference win.Â
Game 1 Final: Covenant 1, Asbury 8
Records: Covenant (4-7), Asbury (9-0)

SINGLES:
- Carr played in the No. 1 ranked match and fell 3-6, 0-6 to Zegarra.
- Gunyon sent her match in the No. 2 slot to a tiebreak, but was defeated 6-2, 3-6, 0-1 (3).
- Matson lost her match in the No. 3 position to Kawata 4-6, 3-6.
- Another tiebreak happened in the No. 4 ranked match as Baker lost 7-5, 5-7. 0-1 (4) to Watkins.
- Traylor represented the Scots in the No. 5 position and fell 4-6, 3-6 to West.
- Covenant fell victim to its third tiebreak loss of the afternoon as Rappuhn dropped her match to Rogowski 3-6, 6-3, 0-1 (9).
Game 2 Final: Covenant 9, LaGrange 0
Records: Covenant (5-6, 2-0 CCS), LaGrange (0-9, 0-2 CCS)
DOUBLES:
- Baker and Rappuhn took care of business in the No. 1 slot with an 8-0 result over Journey Oden and Olivia Dusterdierk.
- Zoe Giuntoli and Christina English followed suit in the No. 2 position with an 8-0 win over Emily Blanks and Abby Fuller.Â
- Macy Matson and Angel Traylor won the final doubles match by forfeit.Â
SINGLES:
- Gunyon had a perfect 6-0, 6-0 win over Oden in the No. 1 ranked match.
- Carr earned a win after her opponent retired during the match in the No. 2 slot.Â
- In the No. 3 position, Matson cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win over Fuller.
- Traylor had a dominant performance in the No. 4 slot, winning 6-0, 6-0 over Blanks.Â
- Estee Verdery picked up a point for the Scots with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Reese Moat.
- Rappuhn won the final singles match by forfeit.Â
