LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN., Ga. – Covenant took on LaGrange in their first conference match played on their home courts this season. Covenant started hot and didn't look back as they closed out a dominant 6-1 win. 

Covenant started off quick in doubles as Ben Onufrock and Caleb Domkowski raced out to a 6-1 win at the top spot over Caleb Taff and James Willingham. The Scots clinched the doubles point at the number three spot as Jacob Eldridge and Cameron Erb had an identical 6-1 result over Kyle Moore and Jesse Griffin.

Covenant clinched the doubles sweep at the two spot as Gavin Patton and Lincoln Shine took down Nic Bodin and Yoni Falla 6-3.

The Scots kept the momentum going in singles as Domkowski quickly defeated Falla 6-1, 6-0 at the top spot. Brock Boehling put Covenant one match away from clinching as he defeated Willingham 6-3, 6-0 at number three. The clinch came from Graham Hayes as he knocked off Taff 6-0, 6-1 at number two.

Covenant extended its lead to 5-0 as Eldridge had no problems with Bodin, beating him 6-1, 6-1. Jackson Nance was inserted in the number five spot and was able to get the win over Moore 6-2, 7-5. LaGranges lone win of the day came from Griffin as won a tight match with Zakhar Lanskyi by a score of 2-6, 7-6(7), 13-11.
