MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Covenant battled with Hendrix on Saturday in a nonconference battle. Behind strong performances from Caleb Domkowski and Graham Hayes, the Scots returned to campus with its first win of the spring season.Â

DOUBLES:
- Ben Onufrock Domkowski set the tone in the No. 1 slot with a 6-3 win over Agustin Kalinowski and Cason Cole.Â
- The duo of Hayes and Brock Boehling clinched the doubles point for Covenant with a 6-2 win over Brayden Bolch and Taegan Terry in the No. 2 position.Â
- Covenant's lone defeat in doubles was a close 4-6 result as Gill Dunn and Jackson Orsega lost to Maximillian Henderson and Robinson Wright.Â
SINGLES:
- Onufrock fell short in the No. 1 ranked match, falling to Kalinowski 3-6, 6-7 (5).Â
- Clinching a two-point day for the Scots was Domkowski as he cruised to a 6-2, 6-3 win over Henderson in the No. 2 position.Â
- In the No. 3 slot, Boehling lost in a tiebreaker 7-6 (4), 4-6, 0-1 (6) to Santiago Perez.Â
- Hayes was another Covenant player to deliver a two-point day as he defeated Cole 7-6 (2), 6-2 in the No. 4 position.Â
- In the No. 5 ranked match, Dunn bounced back from his doubles defeat to take down Matias Ancieta 6-4, 6-3.
- Gavin Patton was inserted into the No. 6 position where he earned a 6-3, 6-3 win over Carlos Solis.Â
