BRISTOL, Tenn. – In the second match of the NCCAA Mid-East region volleyball tournament, the 5th seeded Covenant Lady Scots dropped a close 3-setter to Oakland City University.  Erica Adams had 11 kills, Jessie Jakes had 7, and Kristin Dahlstrand accumulated 18 assists, but the more balanced attack of the Mighty Oaks brought Covenant to 0-1 in pool play and only a single loss away from elimination.

The Lady Scots will play the 3:00 match against the tournament's number one seed, Campbellsville University for a chance to make it to the bracket stage on Saturday.  For up-to-date scores, visit King College's tournament page.
