Bristol, TN - The Lady Scots lost their third straight game Wednesday night, losing 72-80 to the Lady Tornado of King College. Led by Kristi Moody, who scored 22 for the Lady Tornado, King was just good enough to top Covenant and give them a losing record in the AAC for the first time all season.

Senior Liz Martin again led the Lady Scots with 34 points on 12-36 shooting. She attempted a whopping seventeen three-pointers on the night, hitting just four of them. Martin also had five rebounds and five steals, but committed six turnovers. Freshman Ashley Wilson had fourteen points in 37 minutes and senior Erika Forland, who scored just four points, grabbed eight rebounds and had a great night defensively tallying three blocks and four steals. 

The Lady Scots are now even at 11-11 overall. They are 5-6 in the AAC with six games, all in-conference, remaining on the regular-season schedule. Their next comes against Bryan College at home at 5:30 on Saturday, January 31st.
