Lookout Mountain, Ga.- The Tennessee Wesleyan Lady Bulldogs proved no match for the Lady Scots Tuesday night as they were finished off in three sets. Picking up their first conference win, the Lady Scots cruised to victory winning 25-17 in the first set, 25-12 in the second and 25-23 in the third to end it. It was the third straight victory for the Lady Scots after losing their first match of the season to Trevecca Nazarene University. After the match, coach Heather Taylor said "I'm pleased with the win. We played with a lot of enthusiasm and we were very much in control."
The Lady Scots will look to avenge their lone loss this season when they meet up with Trevecca Nazarene for a rematch, this time at home, on Thursday, September 4 at 7:00 PM.
