Morgan Douglass completed her second year as an assistant coach in 2020-21 under head coach Skylar Bareford.

Douglass was a four-year player for the Scots from 2015-19. Douglass played in 82 career games, including a career-best 26 as a senior in 2018-19. She was a three-time USA South All-Academic honoree and was Covenant's representative on the USA South All-Sportsmanship team following her junior season.

Douglass received her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Covenant in May of 2019. She is pursuing a master's degree from Belhaven University.
