Earned USA South All-Academic team honors for a fourth consecutive year
2017-18 (Junior): Compiled a 4-2 overall record in singles, 3-1 in dual matches... Was utilized heavily at No. 3 doubles going 11-10 overall, with eight of those wins coming at No. 3... Partnered with several players in doubles play, but went 6-5 with Paxton Haggerty, including a 4-1 mark against USA South competition... At one point during the year, he and Haggerty won five of six doubles matches with all wins coming against USA South foes... Earned a third straight USA South All-Academic team honor
2016-17 (Sophomore): Went 11-11 in doubles matches, while collecting three singles wins on the year... Combined with Connor Shimmel in doubles to go 11-11, with a 6-2 record against the USA South... 10 of those doubles wins came at the No. 3 position... Went 2-2 at the No. 4 singles spot on the year... Competed in the ITA Regional tournament in the fall and picked up a singles win in a consolation draw... Named to USA South All-Academic team for second straight year
2015-16 (Freshman): Played most of the year at No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles... In singles went 4-12 at No. 3 and 0-1 at Nos. 2 and 5... Competed in doubles with Connor Shimmel, going 5-13 and 4-6 in USA South play... Picked up first collegiate singles victory defeating Maryville's Gabriel Rodrigeuz 6-2, 6-1 (Feb. 27)... In the fall, competed in the ITA Regional tournament in singles going 0-2 and in doubles compiling an 0-1 record... Was Covenant's representative on the USA South All-Sportsmanship team... Named to USA South All-Academic team
High School: Attended Donelson Christian Academy... Played five years of varsity tennis for the Wildcats... During his high school career, he helped DCA qualify for sub-state four of five years... He was also a two-time TSSAA state qualifier, going as part of a team in 2012 and as an individual in 2013... Top five in graduating class
