Biography

Ryan returns to Covenant in his final season as a senior defender for the Scots. During his time as a Scot, Ryan earned Academic All-Conference honors in his junior year. Prior to Covenant, Ryan played for North Gwinnett High School where he was named the MVP defender and a scholar athlete in his senior season. He also played club soccer for the Atlanta Fire United.

His parents are George and Kathy Parr. He has a younger brother, Eric, who played JV soccer for Covenant last season. When he is not playing soccer, Ryan enjoys going fishing, watching college football, and paintball. One of his favorite Bible verses is Luke 9:26 which says, "Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels."

Ryan is majoring in Economics and minoring in History.
