Summary

Biography

Joey returns to Covenant as a senior center for the Scots thisseason. Prior to Covenant, Joey played basketball for Mountain AreaChristian School.

His parents are Dean (played two years of basketball at the AirForce Academy) and Julie Danek. When he is not playing basketball,Joey enjoys playing the guitar, hanging out and watching movieswith friends, and working on cars. One of his favorite Bible versesis Joshua 1:9 which says, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong andcourageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lordyour God will be with you wherever you go."

Joey is a Pre-Engineering major with minors in Math and Physics.After graduating from Covenant, he would like to get an engineeringjob for a car company so that he can help build and design newcars.
