Biography

Reid joins Covenant's baseball team this season as a freshman outfielder for the Scots. Before coming to Covenant, Reid played baseball for First Presbyterian Day School where he served as a team captain for the team in his senior season.

His parents are Jeff and Carol Sawyer. He has two younger siblings, Ali and Jack. When he is not playing baseball, Reid enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and watching college football. One of his favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 41:10 which says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Reid is majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy. He would like to one day open up a physical therapy business.
