2013 (Junior): Played in 42 games and made 37 starts… Batted .252 with 10 RBIs and nine extra-base hits… Had five multi-hit games… Went 3-for-4 with a career-high four runs scored in a win against Hiwassee (March 15).
2012 (Sophomore): Started 43 games… Batted .318 with three home runs and 27 RBIs… had 15 extra-base hits and had a slugging percentage of .483… Went 3-for-4 with two home runs and four RBIs against Spring Arbor (March 9)... Was 3-for-5 with five RBIs and two runs scored at Piedmont (March 24)… Had 14 multi-hit games and five multi-RBI contests.
2011 (Freshman): Played in 16 games and made 14 starts… Batted .404 with 19 hits in 48 at-bats… Had three extra-base hits and eight RBIs for the year.
High School: Was homeschooled… Played with the Chattanooga Patriots baseball homeschool program.
Personal: Born September 26, 1991… Parents are Tim and Cindy Rollins… His older brother, James, played baseball at Covenant from 2010-12… His grandfather, Jim Ward, was the head coach at Stetson University from 1969-79 and won 311 games and then coached at Eastern Kentucky University from 1980-2011 and won 628 games… Favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11… Majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in History, English and Sociology.
