Covenant College

Ben returns to Covenant this year as a sophomore pitcher and first baseman for the Scots. Prior to Covenant, Ben played baseball for his high school homeschool team where he was named Pitcher of the Year (2009-11), was voted a Homeschool World Series All-American (2010), and a Homeschool Texas Tournament All-American (2010-11). Ben also played travel ball for the Houston Saints.

His parents are John and Jan Chambers. He has an older brother, Trey. When he is not playing baseball, Ben enjoys playing blues and jazz music on his guitar. One of his favorite Bible verses is John 16:33 which says, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Ben is majoring in Business. After graduating from Covenant, he has no immediate plans but would one day like to own his own music store or gym.
