2013 (Freshman): Appeared in 12 games and started nine… NCCAA Mid-East All-Region honorable mention selection… Compiled a 7-2 record with a 2.92 ERA and three complete-games… Held opponents to a .199 batting average, which led the team… Struck out 44 in 61.2 innings… One of his best outings came at Maryville (April 2) where he pitched a complete-game (seven innings) and allowed one earned run on two hits with five strikeouts.
