2015 (Senior): After taking the 2014 cross country season off, returned strong, and was one of the top runners on the team... Competed in six events on the year... Earned All-USA South first team honors after placing seventh with a time of 25:36 at the conference meet... It was her second All-USA South first team honors... Named USA South Runner of the Week for the week of Sept. 14... Finished third in the season-opening Mountaintop Invitational two-mile race (Sept. 4) with a time of 13:34, a run that helped Covenant to a first-place finish... Set a personal record for the 6k at the Furman University Classic (Sept. 12) with a time of 24:16, finishing 36th out of over 200 runners... Named to USA South All-Academic team
2014 (Junior): Did not compete in the cross country season, but participated in spring track events
2013 (Sophomore): Had three top-five finishes, including an individual title in the Scots Opener (Aug. 30) with a two-mile time of 13:28.6... Earned All-USA South first team honors after finishing fifth at the USA South Championships (Nov. 2) with a 6K time of 25:27... Placed 65th at NCAA South Regionals (Nov. 16) with a time of 24:29 in the 6k event... Finished second, out of 67, with a 6K time of 26:27.1 at the Maryville Invitational (Oct. 5)
2012 (Freshman): Helped lead the cross country team her freshman year by regularly finishing in the top 10 at each race and receiving two first place finishes… Set a new personal record in the 6K at 24:26… Earned All-GSAC and GSAC All-Freshmen honors
High School: Attended Lakeland Christian School… Competed in cross country and track for five years… In eighth grade, she earned second in state for cross country in the 5K and third in the state two-mile track race… Throughout high school, she also earned fourth in the state two-mile track race (Fr.), sixth in state for cross country and sixth in the state two-mile track race (So.), eighth in the 4x800 team in state track (Jr.), and twelfth in the state two-mile track race (Sr.)… Her best two mile time was 11:20 and best 5K run is 18:31
