2014 (Freshman): Had a tenth place finish at the Saucony Invitational (Sept. 13) with a time in the 8k of 30:48... Improved as the season progressed until he finished fifth in the USA South Championship (Nov. 1) with a then-career best time of 28:05.2... Two weeks after earning a spot on the USA South All-Conference first team with his performance, set a new personal best in the NCAA South Regionals (Nov. 15) with a time of 27:29.4 in the 8k

High School: Attended Perry High School… Finished 13th at state in 2014 GHSA Class 4A… Helped his team to a fourth place finish at state his senior year… Region champion in Extemporaneous Speaking all four years
