2016 (Senior): Played and started in all 40 games... Transitioned from third base to shortstop, where he played the entire year... Hit .267 and tied for the team-lead with four home runs to go with 26 RBIs, 20 runs scored and 13 extra-base hits... Had six multi-RBI games, including three with three RBIs... Went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs and three runs in a win over Oglethorpe (April 5)... Also drove in three runs by going 3-for-5 with two doubles and a run scored in a win over Piedmont (April 8)... Was 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Covenant's comeback win over nationally-ranked Emory (March 18)... Produced 10 multi-hit games on the year... Finished career with a .291 batting average, 14 home runs, 116 RBIs, 174 hits and 97 runs... Is third in program history in career doubles with 41 and home runs with 14... His 116 RBIs are the fourth-most in program history... Earned USA South All-Academic honors

2015 (Junior): Appeared in 36 games, making starts in all of them... Batted .246 with 34 hits, two home runs and 15 RBIs... Went 3-for-5 with a homer, two RBIs and two runs scored in a loss to Berry (March 17)... Also homered in the Scots' 15-14 comeback win at Sewanee (April 7)... Had seven multiple-hit games, with a career-high tying four hits against N.C. Wesleyan (March 28)... Set a program-record with 11 fielding assists in a 9-3 win over Greensboro (April 11)... Pitched for the first time in his college career and made eight appearances throwing 13.2 innings... Picked up his first win after tossing the final 5.1 innings and allowing one earned run in a 15-14 win at Sewanee (April 7)... Notched his first save as he went 1.1 innings in an 8-7 win at Averett (April 25)

2014 (Sophomore): Played and started in 37 games... USA South All-Conference first team honoree... Batted .327 with three homers and 31 RBIs... Collected 10 steals on 12 attempts... Had 11 multi-hit games, including three games of four hits... Also recorded seven multi-RBI games... Had four RBIs against Greensboro (March 22) and Maryville (April 19)... Earned USA South Player of the Week (March 24) honors and NCBWA Hitter of the Week honorable mention (March 26) after batting .619 with eight RBIs and six runs scored during the week

Summer 2013: Played in the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) for the Niagara Power… Selected to All-Star game and was named the game’s MVP.

2013 (Freshman): Played and started 46 games… Named NCCAA Player of the Week on February 26 after batting .600 for the week… Chosen to the NCCAA World Series All-Tournament team… Batted .319 for the year and led the team with five home runs and 44 RBIs… Hit a walk-off three-run home run to defeat Emory 6-5 (March 30)… Had four RBIs in a game four different times during the season… Produced 13 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI games… Had a 12-game hitting streak during the year and ended the season on a five-game hitting streak.

High School: Attended Way Home Christian School (homeschool)… Earned numerous accolades and awards throughout his high school career… Perfect Game had him ranked as the 13th-best high school player in the state of Alabama and the 247th-best high school player in America… Was twice named a Bobby Valentine All-American, while being named captain of the squad and claiming the top defensive award in 2010… Also earned Under Armour Preseason All-American recognition in 2011… Invited to play in Perfect Game’s Junior National (2010) and National (2011) showcases… In 2011, was named to the Top Prospect Team at the Perfect Game Main Event and a top prospect at the Perfect Game Southeast Underclass Showcase.

Personal: Parents are Tom and Linda Rigby… Has a sister, Sarah… Father, Tom, played football at Nicholls State and later baseball at the University of Southern Mississippi… Favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:21… Majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies… Has volunteered with WinShape Camps… Favorite baseball players include: Ryan Braun, David Ortiz, Josh Hamilton and Prince Fielder.
