NEW ORLEANS, La. -- Covenant track distance medley relay team of
Sarah Vannoy,
Sophia Velleco,
Lucie Demers, and
Evangelia Berry were named USTFCCCA All-Region. announced the association earlier this week.
The dynamic distance medley relay group earned this honor after their most recent performance at the Centre Indoor Invite and Multis on Feb. 13 and 14, where they combined for a program-record 12:48.13.
Vannoy, a freshman from Woodinville, Wash., has competed in two indoor meets so far this season, which included a 5:25.84 time in the mile at Centre.
Velleco, a sophomore from Stafford, Va., has run in four indoor meets in 2026, highlighted by her personal-best 2:28.44 in the 800m at the Tryon Banked Invitational.
Demers, a freshman from Rogers, Ark., participated in four indoor meets thus far, steadily improving her 800m time in each meet, culminating in her 2:22.24 program-record time at Centre.
Berry, a junior from Morgantown, W.Va., ended her indoor campaign individually with a program-record 10:42.99 in the 3000m, almost 15 seconds faster than the previous best.
The Scots began their outdoor campaign yesterday and today in Myrtle Beach, and have another meet scheduled for next weekend in Cleveland, Tenn. at Lee University.
