ORLANDO, Fla. -- Covenant men's tennis upended Moravian, 5-2, on Wednesday to end their Orlando trip on a high note.
In a dominant doubles showing,
Ben Onufrock and
Caleb Domkowski began matters with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Calfat Jabra and Guarda,
Brock Boehling and
Graham Hayes followed with a 6-2 win at No. 2 over Farhad and Labbadia, and
Jacob Eldridge and
Cameron Erb defeated Burke and Kelly 7-5 to take the doubles point easily.
In singles, Domkowski got the start at No. 1 singles and made good of it, beating Guarda 6-2, 6-3, while Hayes followed at No. 2 with a 6-4, 6-2 win of his own over Calfat Jabra. Boehling continued the dominance with a 6-1, 6-2 win at his No. 3 slot over Labbadia, and Eldridge completed the winners with his 6-4, 6-2 win over Burke at No. 6.
In other results, Patton dropped his match 6-0, 6-1 to Farhad at No. 4, while Shine lost to Kelly 6-1, 6-3 at No. 5 singles.Â
