BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- The Covenant women's tennis team fell to Birmingham Southern 9-0 on Saturday at the Dielen Tennis Complex.

Birmingham Southern (4-0) took all three doubles matches by a score of 8-1.

Esther Eddy fought for her decision dropping set one 6-1 but forced a though second set falling 6-3 to Isabella Wisener in the final match of the day.

The Panthers were able to clinch the match with the Harper Anderson 6-1, 6-0 victory over Mariah Westra.

UP NEXT

The Scots travel to Atlanta, Ga. to take on Oglethorpe next Saturday with the first serve scheduled for 1 p.m.
