LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN -- Covenant is set to host the first Covenant College Classic basketball tournament on January 4-5 inside Barnes Physical Education Center on Lookout Mountain. The Covenant men's basketball team will be joined by Crown (Minn.) College, Hiwassee College, and Johnson University.

The round-robin classic will begin on January 4 with Crown taking on Hiwassee at 5 p.m. Covenant will then take to the floor against Johnson at 7 p.m. Play will resume on Saturday when Crown and Johnson play at 4 p.m. and Covenant goes up against Hiwassee at 6 p.m. to conclude the Classic.
