Pulaski, TN- The Covenant College Lady Scots soccer team suffered their third loss in four games on Wednesday, falling to number six ranked Martin Methodist in a contest where they were outshot 14-1 and saw several players battle the injury bug. Most notably among these was sophomore Traci Bone, who had to leave the game early because of a head injury sustained in the run of play. Martin Methodist's Shannon Walter and Nicole O'Donnell combined for three first half goals, and second half strikes from O'Donnell, Mor Efraim, and Camilla Hovden put the finishing touches on a 6-0 victory for the home side. The loss means that the Lady Scots are now 6-6-2 on the season, a record on which they will look to improve as they travel to face Asbury College this Saturday. Following this game, the Lady Scots will travel to face Reinhardt College on November 3rd, before ending the season at home against Berry College on the 7th.
