Lookout Mountain GA- The Lady Scots fell to visiting Belhaven College 2-1 late in the second half. The Lady Scots took the lead midway through the first half on a restart from Jenny Carter taken from just outside the box. Belhaven equalized just before half on a great near post run and finish by Nicole Trawick.

Covenant continued to sustain the majority of the pressure in the second half creating dangerous opportunities on several occasion, but failed to finish off the Blazers. With 12 minutes left in the second half Dana Sullivan struck a cross from the left side of the field that drifted underneath the crossbar for the game winner. "Belhaven has a fine team and they battled well all day", said coach Duble, "you can't have as many chance as we had and not finish and beat teams of this caliber."

The Lady Scots are back in action September 2nd at 5:00 against #3 ranked Lee University here at Scotland Yard.
