Bristol, TN - The Lady Scots' 2008 season ended this afternoon in Bristol after losing in the AAC tournament championship to the Lady Tornado of King College. Scoring first to take a 1-0 lead, the Lady Scots watched the Lady Tornado tie the game in the 68th minute before scoring again with less than fifteen minutes to win the match. The loss ended a fine season for the Lady Scots, one in which they finished 4-1-2 in their conference and saw senior Kalie Estrada break the school's goals scored record. After the match, head coach Mark Duble said "The girls played unbelievable." Estrada, along with fellow forward Desiree Robinson, defenders Erica Mackie, Kyria Johnson, and Dani Nimmer along with midfielders Margery Arnold and Lydia Jones are the seven seniors that end their great careers just one win shy of going to nationals in their final season.
