USTFCCCA All-Region (Distance Medley Relay) (2026)

2026: Participated in five indoor and six outdoor meets... Part of program-record distance medley relay team at the Centre Indoor Invite and Multis (Feb. 13-14), where she helped combine for a 12:48.13... Posted an outdoor personal best in the 400m at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (Mar. 13-14) with a 1:02.67... Had a 27.78 in the 200m at Mountainside Stride (Mar. 27) to land a personal best... Set an outdoor personal best in the 800m at the Berry Field Day Invitational with a time of 2:27.35

2025: Competed in four indoor and six outdoor meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut on 1/18 at the Samford Open... Was part of Covenant's DMR 4000m team that finished first at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational with a time of 13:37.32... Placed fourth in the 800m at the Centre Indoor Showcase with a time of 2:39.02... Set a new PR in the 400m at the Lee Invitational with a time of 1:04.26... At the Berry Field Day she set a new PR in the 800m with a time of 2:33.54... Was part of the 4x100m relay team (2nd, 52.31) and the 4x400m relay team (3rd, 4:22.06) that earned podium finishes at the CCS Championship... Also finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 2:34.48 at the CCS Championship... CCS Track Rookie of the Week on 4/15... Second Team All-CCS.

High School: Was homeschooled... Team Captain her junior and senior year

Personal: Parents are John and Catherine Velleco... Has five siblings: Sarah, Anna, Christina, John, and Luca... Favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 12:1... Chose Covenant because she wanted a small Christian school that would encourage her to grow in her faith... Biology major who hopes to be a Physician's Assistant one day... Works with preschoolers at her local church... Has served at Night To Shine, Samaritan's Purse Packing Plant, and other local ministries in Virginia
