2025: Competed in five indoor and six outdoor meets for the Scots... Set a new PR time of 6:36.76 in the 1-Mile to finish 20th at the Samford Bulldog Open... Finished sixth at the Emory Thrills in the Hills 3,000m race with a PR time of 13:05.90... Placed eighth at the CCS Championship in the 1500m, posting a time of 5:48.28 to set a new PR.

2024: Raced in three indoor and six outdoor meets for Covenant... Posted a time of 3:01.03 at the Tiger Indoor Invitational in the 800m... Raced in two events at the CCS Outdoor Championships: (800m, 2:54.04, prelims) and (1500m, 6:06.22, 10th).

2023: Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets... Placed 11th in the 5,000M and 12th in the 800M at the CCS Championships

2021-22 (Freshman): Competed in all seven cross country meets... Made collegiate debut with a two-mile time of 15:25.2 and placed 12th at the Mountaintop Invitational (Sept. 3)... Finished 13th with a season-best 6k time of 27:45.0 at the Maryville Invitational (Sept. 24)... Was 55th at the USA South Championships (Oct. 30) with a time of 27:45.3

High School: Was homeschooled... Set a personal record in the 5k at 25:55 and in the mile at 7:08

Personal: Parents are David and Amy Hina... Has two siblings, Mei Mei and Caleb... Favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 12:1-2... Majoring in interdisciplinary studies
