2025: Competed in five indoor and six outdoor meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut on 12/6 at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker where he competed in the 1 Mile, posting a time of 4:55.11... Placed 13th at the Centre Indoor Showcase in the 5k... Started outdoor season with an eight-place result and a PR time of 4:19.59 in the 1500m at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge... Finished fourth at the Emory Dooley Elite with a time of 9:35.77 in the 3k... Was Covenant's lone participant in the 3k Steeplechase at the CCS Championship where he finished fifth with a time of 10:51.00.

High School: Attended Highland Christian Academy... 3x region champion... All-State in XC... PR in the 5k is 17:05

Personal: Parents are Eric and Samantha Howington... Has one brother, Noah.... Favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:8-9... Chose Covenant because he wanted a smaller college that put biblical ideologies first
