Biography

2026: Ran in two indoor and six outdoor meets... Made collegiate debut with a 5:28.39 in the mile at the Tryon Banked Invitational (Jan. 30)... Finished fourth in the 5000m at Mountainside Stride (Mar. 27) with a time of 17:52.76... Posted a 10,000m time of 37:36.02 at the CCS Outdoor Championships (Apr. 21-22) 

High School: Attended Konos Academy... Team Captain his senior year in XC... Set a new PR in the 5k State Meet with a time of 17:34.

Personal: Parents are Lee and Denise Woodham... Has one brother, Jake... Favorite Bible verse is Romans 9:3... Chose Covenant because of the strong Christian community that keeps Christ at the center... Computer Science major.
