2025: Competed in five indoor and seven outdoor meets for the Scots... Set a new PR in the 1 Mile at the Samford Bulldog Open, posting a time of 4:47.29... Finished third in the 1500m at the CCS Championship with a PR time of 4:13.06... Also placed fifth in the 800m at the CCS Championship with a PR Time of 2:01.66... Third Team All-CCS... CCS All-Sportsmanship Team.

2024: Raced in four indoor and six outdoor events for Covenant... Set a new PR in the 5k at the Berry Field Day Invitational with time of 16:34.26... Posted a new PR in the 800m prelims at the CCS Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:04.65... Raced in four different events at the Conference Meet (800m, 2:06.85, 6th), (1500m, 4:19.61, 8th),  (5000m, 17:32.42, 9th), and (4x400, 3:47.04)... 3rd Team All-CCS Honoree.

2023: Raced in four indoor and six outdoor events... Ran 16:34.57 in the 5k... Placed seventh in the 1500M and eighth in the 500M at the CCS Championships

2021-22 (Freshman): Competed in five cross country meets... Made collegiate debut and placed ninth overall with a 5k time of 20:10.0 at the Mountaintop Invitational (Sept. 3)... Had a season-best time in the 5k at 18:29.5 at the UNG Invitational (Sept. 10)... Posted a time of 30:14.8 at the USA South Championships (Oct. 30)

High School: Attended Lakeland Christian School... Qualified for the state meet on multiple occasions

Personal: Parents are Lyle and Luchrysta Caswell... Has three siblings: Jack, Mary Fran, and Gretchen... Favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:30-31... Majoring in pre-engineering
