All-CCS First Team (2025)

2025: All-CCS First Team... Appeared in seven meets... Made collegiate debut in the 6k at Mountainside Stride, running a 25:20.7 to land seventh in that race... Set a season-best time in the 6k at the CCS Championships, helping the Scots finish second with her second-place time of 23:54.1

High School: Attended Providence Classical Christian Academy... Her 4x800m team ran the second fastest 3200m relay time recorded in Arkansas (9:17)... All-State honoree... 21:32 in the 5k and 2:26 in the 800m her senior year.

Personal: Parents are Grant and Ellen Demers... Has two siblings, Oliver and Blythe... Favorite Bible verse is James 1:2-4... Chose Covenant because she loved the intentional Christian campus, as well as the opportunity to run XC and track.
