2025: All-CCS Second Team... Appeared in seven meets... Set a PR in the 5k at the UNG Invitational (Sep. 12) with a 19:50.7... Finished 11th at the CCS Championships (Oct. 31), running a 25:25.8 to earn an All-CCS distinction... Posted a personal best in the 6k at the DIII South Regionals with a 24:27.8, placing 66th overall

2024: Raced in all six meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut at Covenant's home meet, the Mountainside Stride, finishing 30th... Had a PR time in the 6k at the UTC XC Invite, posting 26:36.6 to finish 40th... Finished 25th at the Conference Championship, helping lead Covenant to a second-place result.

High School: Attended McMinn County High School... Female Scholar Athlete... 2x Most Valuable Runner

Personal: Parents are Curt and Suzi Stapleton... Has three siblings: Katie, Knox, and Kristy... Favorite Bible verse is Revelation 5:13... Chose Covenant because she loved the community and was excited for the quality of education that she will receive
