2024: Raced in five meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut at Covenant's home meet, the Mountainside Stride, placing 23rd with a time of 21:47.10 in the 6k... Had best time of the year in the 8k at the Southern Showcase, posting a time of 29:34.16... Finished 35th at the CCS Meet. 

High School: Attended Highland Christian Academy... 3x region champion... All-State in XC... PR in the 5k is 17:05

Personal: Parents are Eric and Samantha Howington... Has one brother, Noah.... Favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:8-9... Chose Covenant because he wanted a smaller college that put biblical ideologies first
