2025: All-CCS First Team... Ran in six meets... Set a personal best in the 6k at Mountainside Stride (Aug. 30) with a 20:46.1... Finished seventh at the CCS Championships with a 27:33.4, helping claim the conference title... Set a personal record with a 27:00.8 to finish 64th at the DIII South Regionals...CCS All-Sportsmanship Team honoree

2024: Appeared in five meets for Covenant... Started the year off with a 12th-place finish at the Mountainside Stride where he posted a 6k time of 20:54.70... Had a new PR result in the CCS Meet, posting a time of 28:52.95 to finish 13th.

2023: Raced in all six meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut at the Berry College Open where he placed 35th with a 8k time of 30:19.5... Set a new personal record time of 29:12.2 in the 8k at the D3 Pre-Nationals meet in Pennsylvania... Finished 23rd at the CCS Championship meet.

High School: Attended Covenant Day School

Personal: Parents are Jane and Tim Burns... Favorite Bible verse is Romans 12:1... Chose Covenant because he wanted professors who cared about him and his development as a Christian... Undecided on his major.
