2025: All-CCS Second Team... Ran in five meets... Had a career-best 6k race at Mountainside Stride (Aug. 30), running a 21:23.0... Added an 8k personal record in the Chattanooga Intercollegiate (Oct. 17) with a 27:56.5... Placed 12th at the CCS Championships with a 28:03.2 (Oct. 31), assisting the Scots in their conquering of the CCS in 2025
2024: Raced in five meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut at the Mountainside Stride in Chattanooga, posting a time of 21:41.1 in the 6k... Had a PR time of 29:08.45 at the CCS Championship, finishing 18th.
2023: Did not appear in any races
High School: Attended Berean Academy
Personal: Parents are Bart and Daniella DeVries... Has six siblings (Noah, Eli, Merrit, Harrison, Lillian, Iain)... Favorite Bible verse is Philipians 1:21... Chose Covenant because it was a Christian college, nearby to where he moved, and he knew some students... Raced with Chattanooga Junior Rowing and Chattanooga Area Rowing.
