2024: Appeared in four meets for Covenant... Best result and time came at the CCS Championship meet with an 8k time of 29:17.17 to place 21st... Finished 31st with a 6k time of 22:34.3 at Covenant's home meet, the Mountainside Stride.

2023: Raced in all six meets for the Scots... Set a new personal record in the 8k at the D3 Pre-Nationals in Pennsylvania with a time of 29:08.3... Finished 14th at the CCS Championship Meet, which is the best  result of his career... Placed 18th at the Mountainside Stride in Chattanooga.

2022: Raced in all seven meets for Covenant... Broke personal record in the 8k at the Alexander ASICS Cross Country Invitational with a time of 30:09.3... Placed 29th in the 8K at the CCS Championships with a time of 30:37.3... Competed in the NCAA South Region Championships

2021-22 (Freshman): Competed in five cross country meets... Made collegiate debut and placed ninth overall with a 5k time of 20:10.0 at the Mountaintop Invitational (Sept. 3)... Had a season-best time in the 5k at 18:29.5 at the UNG Invitational (Sept. 10)... Posted a time of 30:14.8 at the USA South Championships (Oct. 30)

High School: Attended Lakeland Christian School... Qualified for the state meet on multiple occasions

Personal: Parents are Lyle and Luchrysta Caswell... Has three siblings: Jack, Mary Fran, and Gretchen... Favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:30-31... Majoring in pre-engineering
