2024: Competed in all six meets for Covenant... Placed 11th at the Mountainside Stride to begin the year with a 6k time of 20:54... Key runner at the CCS Meet that the Scots won as he placed fourth with a time of 26:50.79 in the 8k... Set a new PR in the 8k at the NCAA D3 South Regional with a time of 26:24... Was Covenant's third- best individual performance at Regionals in school history... First Team All-CCS honoree. 

2023: Raced in all six meets for the Scots... Had a season-best time of 27:15.67 in the 8k at the NCAA D3 South Regional... Placed fourth in the CCS Championship Meet with a time of 27:52.16 to lead all Covenant runners... Finished in the top-10 in three different races... First Team All-CCS honoree.

2022: Ran in all seven meets for the Scots... Made collegiate debut at the Berry College Watermelon Run... Placed 15th in the UNG Invitational 8k with a time of 28:32.7... Broke personal record in the 8k at the CCS Championships with a time of 27:30.4, which was good for ninth place... Competed in the NCAA South Region Championships... CCS Rookie of the Year... Second Team All-CCS honoree... CCS Rookie of the Week (Sept. 3)

High School: Attended Paideia Academy... Freshman year he won the Rookie of the Year award for XC and finished ninth in the conference meet.

Personal: Parents are Ryan and Glenda Bowles... Has two siblings, Amber and Rachel... Favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 4:1... Chose Covenant because the community is one that stands up above the rest... Environmental Biology major who hopes to work in Wildlife Biology one day... Volunteers at Lulu Lake Land Trust and helps our with youth ministry at Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church... The author of four published books that he wrote and illustrated.
