2022: Raced in each of Covenant's seven meets... Ran a season-best time of 30:27.7 in the 8k at the Berry College Invitational... Placed 31st at the CCS Championships in the 8k with a time of 31:26.6... Completed the 8k at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 30:42.9

2021-22 (Junior): Competed in all seven cross country meets... Set a personal record in the 5k with a time of 17:53.0 at the UNG Invitational (Sept. 10)... Finished eighth overall with a time of 19:36.4 at the Mountaintop Invitational (Sept. 3)... Established a personal-best in the 8k at 29:47.4 at the USA South Championships (Oct. 30)... Placed 14th overall at the Maryville Invitational (Sept. 24)

2020-21 (Sophomore): Ran in both cross country meets for the season... Placed 12th at the Maryville Invitational (Feb. 13) with his time of 34:24.6... Competed in the USA South West Division Championships (Feb. 26) and placed 31st with his time of 34:27.2... Competed in all six track meets... Set a personal record in the 5,000-meter with a time of 17:58.39 at the USA South Championships (April 28-29)... Posted a career-best time of 4:48.35 in the 1500-meter event at the Hilltop Classic (March 26)... Had a top-10 finish with a time of 10:24.10 in the 3,000-meter at the Mountain Laurel Invitational (April 17)

2019-20 (Freshman): Competed in four cross country meets on the year... Made collegiate debut in the Mountaintop Invitational (Aug. 30) and finished the 5k with a time of 22:16.7... Posted a season-best time in the 8k at 32:37.0 at the Wingfoot XC Classic (Sept. 20)... Competed in all three track meets on the year... Established a personal record in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:56.80 at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational (Feb. 14)... Posted a 5,000-meter outdoor time of 18:37.30 at the Victor Icebreaker Duals (March 7)
