LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. - Covenant took on Maryville in a match that was originally scheduled for early March, but was moved to today because of bad weather. Maryville had the edge in singles, winning five of six matches to earn the road win.

DOUBLES:

• In the No. 1 position, Lauren Carr and Zoe Giuntoli had a commanding 6-0 win over Abby Diggs and Alyssa Smith.
• It was Covenant's turn to get beat 0-6, as Estee Verdery and Christina English fell to Calliana Kondolios and Elizabeth Shwaiko in the No. 2 slot. 
• Maryville clinched the doubles point as Ora Hall and Caroline Tisdale were defeated 2-6 by Josie McRae and Jasmine Muecke in the No. 3 ranked match.

SINGLES: 

• Carr picked up her second win of the day, winning in a tiebreak 3-6, 6-4 (10-1) over Shwaiko in the No. 1 slot.
• In the No. 2 ranked match, Verdery lost two sets in a tiebreak 6-7 (2-7), 6-7 (3-7) to Kondolios.
• Giuntoli fell short to Smith in the No. 3 position 2-6, 3-6.
• The No. 4 ranked match went to three sets, but English took the loss to Diggs 2-6, 6-1, 2-6.
• Hall took on Muecke in the No. 5 slot and was defeated 4-6, 2-6.
• Tisdale manned the No. 6 position, dropping her match to McRae 1-6, 4-6.
