SEWANEE, Tenn. -- The Covenant golf team competed in a dual match with Sewanee at The Course at Sewanee on Thursday. The host Tigers defeated Covenant 306-350 in the 18-hole match.
Covenant was led by Kenny Duffin's 84 as he carded a pair of birdies in the round. Duffin finished eighth overall in the 16-player field.
Will DeMersseman placed ninth with an 86. Several other Scots (Isaac Duncan, Crawford Collett, Hunter Hall, Joel Dahms, Jack Allen) saw action in the event.
Sewanee's Zack Russell shot a 75 to place first overall.
UP NEXT
Covenant travels to Gainesville, Ga., on Monday and Tuesday next week to play in the Brenau/Truett-McConnell hosted Golden Tigers Invitational.
