LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN -- The Covenant women's tennis team swept Warren Wilson 9-0 Friday afternoon from the Covenant tennis complex to extend their winning streak to three matches.
The Scots took an early 3-0 match lead after doubles play.
Esther Eddy and Maro Koby got the match started off with an 8-0 win at the one doubles spot. Justine Blick and Laney Beckwith picked up their third win on the year 8-1 at three doubles. Mariah Westra and Masha Lanska wrapped up the doubles sweep with an 8-1 victory to give the Scots the 3-0 lead.
Covenant (3-5) was continued their winning ways in singles, dropping only six games in the singles portion.
Eddy worked quickly at one singles, picking up her fourth win of the season, 6-0, 6-1, over Zosha Silverstien-Belden. Beckwith secured the win for Covenant with a 6-0, 6-0 victory Autumn Hough.
The Scots made easy work of the Owls in the rest of the match. Lanska picked up a 6-1, 6-0 victory at the three spot while Logan dropped only one game each set at six singles. Koby won 6-2, 6-1 at two singles before Sara Blauw defeated Ella Jane Nelson 6-1, 6-0 at the five spot.
Warren Wilson drops to 0-3.

The Scots will take on Berry next Friday, March 22 on top of Lookout Mountain. First serve is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
