ROME, Georgia -- The Covenant College men's golf team is tied for 14th after the first round of the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational hosted by Berry College at the Coosa Country Club in Rome, Georgia.

The team's overall 306 comes as a result of freshman Cameron Lewis' 74, Alex Mosteller's 77, Anthony Sligh's 77, and Dave Wilkinson's 78.  David Spencer shot a 79, and his younger brother Jon Jon Spencer, competing as an individual, shot an 85.  The Scots will conclude the 22 team event tomorrow.
