Covenant moves to 10-5 overall and 7-2 in USA South play. Piedmont drops to 4-10 on the year and 3-5 in league play.
Rowe moved into a tie for second place all-time in program history in singles victories at 24 with her 6-4, 6-0 win at No. 1 over Amanda Blackwell. Rowe is tied with current Lady Scot Gracie Smith along with Jane Shibley, who played from 2009-11. In doubles action, Rowe and Claire Luger teamed up for an 8-2 win over Blackwell and Nicole Parrish. The doubles win ups Rowe's program record to 33.
