Covenant entered the half with a 31-25 lead.

A Kaley Hallmark 3-pointer and a four-point play from Chatham pulled the momentum back and put the Scots up 45-34 with 4:47 left in the period. Margo Koby's jumper gave the Scots a 50-43 lead to start the final quarter.
Sewanee cut Covenant's double-digit lead down to four with 1:28 to play, but Covenant made two defensive stops to maintain the lead. The Scots went 3-for-4 from the foul line to extend the lead to seven. A Rosa free throw made it 67-61 and the Scots held on for the win.
